Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modification or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to fulfill your request, as the order may have already entered the processing stage. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day window to return unused items in their original packaging. We do not issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse. If you return an unapproved item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please send us an email within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before you ship the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of items damaged upon receipt.

Once your return is received, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item. Once confirmed to be in good condition, the refund may take up to 40 business days to process.

Damaged Items
